Alle 6 Zimmer sind komplett mbliert Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch usw.. Bettwsche ist inbegriffen. Zimmergren von 10 bis 18 Quadratmetern. Jedes Zimmer verfgt ber mindestens 2 Fenster, Holzlaminatbden und eine abschliebare Tr. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum direkt neben dem Park Wallanlagen. Es gibt tolle Joggingwege am Wasser. Das Stadtzentrum, der Hauptbahnhof, das Kino und die Schlachte sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fu entfernt. Es gibt mehrere ffentliche Verkehrsmittel 1-2 Minuten zu Fu von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Universitt ist ca. 15 Minuten mit der Straenbahn und die Hochschule ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Supermrkte wie Edeka, LID, Aldi und Alnatura Bio-Lebensmittel sind alle innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Montag bis Samstag findet auf dem Marktplatz ein Bauernmarkt statt. Leben in der Wohnung Ihre zuknftigen Mitbewohner kommen aus einer Vielzahl von Lndern auf der ganzen Welt, daher werden viele Sprachen gesprochen, hufig Englisch, und viele Schler lernen gemeinsam Deutsch. Zustzlich zu dieser Wohnung gibt es weitere Wohngemeinschaften im Gebude, die Ihnen die Mglichkeit geben, viele Menschen zu treffen und zu erkunden. Regeln sind uns sehr wichtig. Wir suchen interessante und lockere Leute, die organisiert und sauber sind. Zusammenfassung Die monatliche Miete beinhaltet Zimmer, Heizung, Strom, Wasser, Mbel, Internet und wchentliche Reinigung der ffentlichen Bereiche. CANCELLATION TERMS

Pre check-in cancellation

  • 60 or more days before check-in date: 100% refund of our commission, the first monthly payment is sent to the owner
  • Between 59th and 30th day before check-in date: 50% refund of our fee. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.
  • Between the 29th day and the day before the check-in date: there is no refund. The first monthly payment is sent to the owner.

Post check-in cancellation

  • The transfer to the owner of the first monthly payment occurs only 48 hours after the date of check-in, giving you time to verify that the advertisement matches the truth.
  • If the room does not conform to the advertisement we will refund 100% of the first monthly payment.

The single room offered in the apartment on Abbentorwallstraße, Bremen provides various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. There is also a dining area where meals can be enjoyed together. The offered single room is located in a 6-room apartment and comes fully furnished with bedding included. The room size ranges from 10 to 18 square meters and features at least two windows, laminate wood floors, and a lockable door for privacy. The apartment's location is very convenient as it is situated in the city center, right next to the Wallanlagen Park. There are beautiful jogging paths along the water, and the city center, main train station, cinema, and Schlachte are all within walking distance. Additionally, several public transportation options are only a 1-2 minute walk from the apartment. Moreover, the apartment's location is especially suitable for students, as the university can be reached in about 15 minutes by tram, and the University of Applied Sciences is just a 5-minute bike ride away. There are also supermarkets like Edeka, LID, Aldi, and Alnatura Bio-Lebensmittel, all within a 5-10 minute walk. Lastly, a farmer's market takes place on the market square from Monday to Saturday. The monthly rent includes the cost of the room, heating, electricity, water, furniture, internet access, and weekly cleaning of the common areas.
