What exactly does “fully equipped” mean?
Being able to move into a new place the next day does not happen very often, yet we make it possible! Therefore, we have not only taken care of all the necessary amenities, but these are also included in the price and do not involve any additional charges.

- The key transfer will take place at Village M (you will receive the address once your booking is confirmed)
Please be aware once the booking is done on HousingAnywhere we will provide you with the contract. In order for you to get your keys, the deposit must be transferred to our bank account.
IMPORTANT!!! Please take into account that these are example pictures of the second floor. Although all rooms are exactly the same, the color of the furniture may differ. Additionally, the decoration is solely included for inspirational purposes and will not be present in your room either.
Located in the heart of the trendy neighborhood of Wedding, this fully equipped 4-bedroom apartment offers you everything you need for your stay. The apartment is located in the most beautiful district of the city. Discover the city's coolest bars, restaurants and cafes. Or take a walk in the famous Mauerpark. You live in a side street of Schönhauser Allee. It could not be better!
The apartment boasts with an brand new kitchen Bathroom and Furniture. The kitchen is equipped with an new cooker oven and a large fridge-freezer.
Besides the living area are three spacious bedrooms.
The beds are equipped with a high quality mattress which ensures a good night sleep. Each bedroom is equipped with a spacious wardrobe.
We have this room located in a 4 and 5 bedroom apartments in the same building. The size is similar but the design might be a bit different.
🔔Please keep in mind that if the first day of a month is a holiday or a day of the weekend the check-in will be the next working day.
IMPORTANT! Please note that the deposit needs to be paid right after signing the contract. Please ensure a timely transfer. In order for you to be able to move into your new home on time the funds have to be in our account BEFORE the move in date. Without this payment you`ll NOT be able to move in. A confirmation of transfer is not sufficient.
